Professor Eric Olson of Brandeis University will be at the Needham Historical Society, 1147 Central Ave., on Monday, April 23, 7:30 p.m. to give an update on the latest science about climate change and help the lay person understand the confusing messages about the issue. What are scientists saying about the extreme weather events of recent years? Are we already seeing the effects of climate change in New England? What can be done to lessen the impact?
