Green Needham has rolled out a new “Ask the Recycler” Page on our website to help answer Needham residents’ recycling questions.  We’ve listed many “frequently asked questions” on the page, and if your question is not there, you can submit  it — we will track down the answer and respond back to you.  We will add new questions/answers to the page as needed.  So, check it out, and remember – the cleaner our recyclables, the higher the price  that the Town gets for them – we all  need to help with this effort!

Are aseptic cardboard containers (like shelf stable milk or soup or [non-plastic] milk cartons recyclable?
    If so, in what container?

Update Oct. 2021 – The RTS no longer accepts aseptic cardboard containers – please put them in the trash. This is on the RTS website: http://www.needhamma.gov/3104/What-We-Take
      Hope this helps.
