Organic Landscapers<\/h2>\n

Below is a short list of landscapers that offer organic gardening and electric-powered land care options. We want to grow this list! If you know of others, please\u00a0reach out to us.<\/a>\u00a0 And if you love your current landscape crew but they are still using gas-powered equipment, consider discussing ways they might transition their offerings to include a more earth-friendly approach. These crews are there to serve you and these businesses may appreciate your input. \u200b<\/p>\n

Given the increasing concern about the health effects of lawn chemicals, some companies will say \u201cwe do it all \u2013 organic\/inorganic and we will do organic if you like.” Be cautious. Some will revert to their inorganic ways quite quickly, then you\u2019re back in the kill-and-chemical cycle again. An organic program should involve building the soil with organic fertilizers and overseeding<\/span> for weed control<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
