Needham RTS Swap-It shop – in Sept 2021 after reopening<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

In case you hadn’t heard, the Re-Use-It Swap Shop<\/strong> at Needham RTS<\/a> has reopened<\/em>!\u00a0<\/strong> Yes, you can now drop off reusable<\/em><\/strong> items that are in good\/usable condition<\/strong><\/em>, and\/or shop for items that you need\/want.\u00a0 This is a great resource for keeping items out of the waste stream – remember, your trash is another Needhamite’s treasure!<\/p>\n

The “Swap-it” shop<\/a> is located in a small, green building on the left-hand side as you drive into the RTS.\u00a0 The hours are Tuesday – Friday 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM, and Saturday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (but items can only be dropped off until 3 PM).\u00a0 The Swap-it Shop is closed on Paint Saturdays – the third Saturday of the month, April through October.\u00a0 The Swap-it Shop is now on a seasonal<\/strong><\/em> <\/a>schedule – it will be open <\/strong><\/em>from April 1st through Nov. 30th.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 So, check it out before the season closes on Nov. 30th!<\/p>\n

Donated items must be complete, unbroken, in good working condition, and reasonably clean. A good guideline: Would you bring the item into your own home in its current condition?\u00a0 Metal items in good condition, such as patio furniture, lamps, bicycles\/tricycles, sleds, planters, hardware, and tools are also accepted.<\/p>\n
