Beth<br \/>\n\u2022\tTo become a more \u201cgreen\u201d community. Elizabeth<br \/>\n\u2022\tMake Needham homes the most efficient in the state. Clayton<br \/>\n\u2022\tMass transit to NEBC. Devra<br \/>\n\u2022\t10% demand reduction by 2015, 20% reduction by 2020, state-wide goal by 2020: 25% energy reduction. Margaret<br \/>\n\u2022\tIncrease awareness of options &amp; benefits, perhaps through stretch code. David<br \/>\n\u2022\tReduce municipal energy consumption by 33%. Jerry<br \/>\n\u2022\tEncourage the town and its residents to replace lawns and exotic plants with native grasses and other plants that support local insects, birds, and wildlife.
