The free course will be offered on Zoom at n<label class=\"yiv2692191762ydp389ddfdbyiv4515202602ydp5f1eaa6bhs-form-radio-display\" for=\"course_participation0-a200dd0f-adfc-40e4-877a-2431d23e0413\">oon-1:30 p.m. on 6 consecutive Thursdays beginning April 23, 2026.
