This Sunday\u2019s market lands on the anniversary of the day in 1969 the Woodstock music festival concluded in Bethel NY. In honor of the festival, the Needham Farmers Market will be giving away $5 in farmers bucks to use at any of the day\u2019s vendors to the first 20 kids\u00a0who share the title of their favorite song.<\/p>\n<p>The Needham Community Farm will be at the market showing people how to make a worm composting bin at home.<\/p>\n<p>The market\u2019s musical performance sponsored by Not Your Average Joe\u2019s Bar and Kitchen Needham will be Julia Chase.\u00a0Two local artists,<b> <\/b>Abbi Canney and\u00a0Kathy Walker<b>\u00a0<\/b>will be bringing their work to display and sell at this week\u2019s market.<\/p>\n<p>Our vendors and Non-profits include MacArthur Farm, Neighborhood Farm, Needham Community Farm, Globe Fish, Lilac Hedge, Susie\u2019s Baking\/FUNdamentally Nuts, and Ackermanns Maple Farm.<\/p>\n<p>The Needham Farmers Market, sponsored by Needham Bank; opens at 12 p.m. and closes at 4 p.m. every Sunday through Nov. 23<sup>rd<\/sup>.
