This annual event, emceed by David Brown, StormTeam5 Meteorologist from WCVB-TV, demonstrates the business benefits and opportunities in sustainability by showcasing organizations in Needham and Newton that have improved their performance and effectiveness through by adopting green business practices.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenneedham.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/NN-Chamber-2010-Speaker-Ed-Goldfinger-ZipCar.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.greenneedham.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/NN-Chamber-2010-Speaker-Ed-Goldfinger-ZipCar-300x201.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"NN Chamber 2010 Speaker Ed Goldfinger ZipCar\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greenneedham.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/NN-Chamber-2010-Speaker-Ed-Goldfinger-ZipCar-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.greenneedham.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/NN-Chamber-2010-Speaker-Ed-Goldfinger-ZipCar-1023x687.jpg 1023w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>This year&#8217;s luncheon, held at the Needham Sheraton on May 18th, featured a keynote address by <strong><em>Ed Goldfinger<\/em><\/strong>, CFO of the car-sharing service <strong>Zipcar<\/strong>. Also recognized in Needham this year was the <strong>Gentle Giant Moving Company<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>Newton&#8217;s <strong>WS Development<\/strong>, one of the largest privately-owned retail development firms in the US, was recognized for its Legacy Place Project in Dedham.
