On\u00a0Sunday, October 27, 6 pm to 9 pm, the Needham Community Farm is having its annual Harvest Celebration and Silent Auction (see event details below). This is a fun and uplifting event with inspirational speakers, lots of great auction items, and of course, delicious food. Most importantly though,\u00a0<\/b>the\u00a0funds raised at this event support food donations for families in need in our community<\/b>, as well as environmental education and community building programs for the entire community.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We are taking special care to implement green practices for this event! Considerations include managing food scraps, excluding single use plastics, selecting menu items carefully, and weighing the issues of washing dishes and glasses vs. using compostable items.<\/span><\/div>\n
