Join the Needham Housing Coalition for a panel discussion and Q&A to explore why and how to add an ADU to your property.

The presentation will provide the basics, plus new programs.

When:  Wednesday, October 28 from 7 to 8:30 pm
Where:  Needham Public Library

ADUs are a valuable small-housing opportunity for young people, the local town workforce, seniors, homeowners seeking supplemental income, and others.

• Come ask questions about the process, the requirements, the Needham ADU bylaw, and free resources available from the Commonwealth.
• Hear from Needham residents who have successfully built ADUs here.
• Direct questions to our Building Commissioner.
• Learn from ADU designers and builders, including about options for modular ADUs.

This event is cohosted by the Needham Housing Coalition, Green Needham, Progressive Needham, Needham Area Immigration Justice Task Force, Needham LWV, Needham Human Rights Committee, Needham Diversity Initiative and Charles River Regional Chamber.
