The Congregational Church of Needham will feature a speaker visiting from Guatemala who will be talking about environmental justice in his country. He will be speaking about local community action to create responsible approaches to developments such as mines, which presently are carried out in a way that does much damage to local communities in terms of removal of natural resources and pollution. The speaking tour stop is sponsored by NISGUA (the Network in Solidarity with the People of Guatemala).
