Dept. of Public Utilities to Hold Public Hearing on Needham Municipal Aggregation March 14th at 2pm

On February 2, 2024, the Town of Needham filed a request with the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities for approval of a municipal aggregation plan pursuant to Mass. General Law 164, § 134. The Department will conduct a virtual public hearing to receive comments on the Town’s filing via Zoom on Thursday, March 14th at 2 pm.  Click here for additional information on the hearing as well as the link to join by Zoom.
