The Needham Science Center is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year with a STEAM family science night on March 19th.
STEAM Night Flyer 2015

STEAM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math. It reflects the importance of how those skills and disciplines work together to advance our economy and society. Students – and adults – with a solid grounding in these fields and their interconnection are much more prepared to build a more sustainable community and life for themselves.

Families are invited and encouraged to attend! Space is limited, so please register in advance to attend at steamnight.eventbrite.com.

We all lstill need a few volunteers to staff the event. A science or engineering background is great but not necessary – anyone who enjoys or uses STEAM skills in their work and life is welcome. If you are interested in helping, please contact Elise Morgan at 781 455-0475 or elise_morgan at needham.k12.ma.us.
