A big thank you to the Sierra Club’s Massachusetts Chapter for authoring a letter of support for the Plastic Bag Ban by-law proposal, Article 41 at the upcoming May Annual Town Meeting.
The Plastic Waste Reduction team has been reaching to to Town Meeting members to explain the proposal and ask for their support.
The Sierra Club’s letter was sent to the members of the Select Board as well as the Select Board candidates in next week’s Town Election. (Check out the responses to Green Needham’s questions from the candidates.) It was also shared with the Sierra Club’s members in Needham.
