RTS Needham
Needham residents with an RTS sticker may bring yard waste to the Needham RTS Yard Waste Processing Area. Leaves, grass clippings and other rakeable items are kept separate from brush and branches.
Yoga Mats
Yoga mats are difficult to recycle, and Green Needham knows of no current recycling program. The RTS Reuse-It Swap-Shop accepts used yoga mats if they are completely CLEAN. You can also ask your yoga studio if they know of donation opportunities.
Or try Needham Freecycle, where you can offer goods for free, or request goods for free. Another possibility is Upcycle Needham Facebook Group (formerly Buy Nothing Needham) – Give, receive, lend, share, and show gratitude in hyper-local gift economies.
