The Needham Public Health Division is conducting a comprehensive community health assessment, together with public health colleagues in Dover, Medfield, and Sherborn. The goal is to better understand the health needs, concerns, and priorities of our communities—and to make sure as many voices as possible are represented.
There are questions in the survey about environmental health, along with other topics that can help the Town understand what matters most to Needham residents.
You can participate by completing the anonymous survey yourself and by sharing it with your friends, neighbors, and other community organizations or residents who may be interested.
Your feedback will help guide future public health programming, services, outreach, and grant applications for funding. Every response helps build a clearer picture of our community’s needs and priorities.
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and is open to Needham residents age 18 and older. Responses are requested by August 31st.

Paper copies are also available upon request.
Thank you for helping the Public Health Division hear from as many members of the Needham community as possible—and for helping shape the future of public health in our community!
